A 737 AK FO came over to my outfit after tendering his resignation. However, he did not complete his resignation notice and came over for conversion training. Halfway through the training, he was pulled out to the management office, and was told that he can't be hired.
Rumour has it that TF had a bone to pick with this FO and decided to call the new management's office, threatening to take legal action. Of course, balls banged and the hammer fell on this guy.
