I no longer work at ADA but have worked there twice. I was just trying to say that the system is in place to get you your licenses. Trust the system and don't drive yourself crazy trying to second guess or pre-prepare for what is a pretty simple process. The best way to prepare for working at ADA is to learn patience! Things happen at their own speed and you will just drive yourself crazy trying to speed up a process that has been in place for years and years.
