Only "Silly" people will think that the management control the outcome of an incident TOTALLY. Hard Landings--->Management CALL? Hitting an obstacle--->Management CALL? X-AirForce/Cadet/X-Other Airlines/GA or Corporate Pilot or Not does not matter. When it happens, it happens. We can only try our very best to be a professional, mature pilot practicing the highest level/standard of SOP, company policy, CRM and airmanship. Statistically, we CANNOT eliminate incidents/accidents/failures. We are trained to minimise, control and safely manage situations as far as possible.
Hence, I CANNOT agree with the statement "blaming" certain quarters of X-AirForce or Non X-AF. Remember, when you are out retired as an AF Officer or Other Airline company, you are OUT of it! You think you will be accepted in again with the same rank or seniority? If your company goes down, you ALL go down. THINK about it guys!
