The Co is still banging on about the flexi roster. Anyone know what they are after here?
Hmmmm......................what are the Company "after here" by wanting a flexi roster?
Well I’ll break it down for you:
1. If we need you to work a day off – you’ll do it.
2. If we need you to extend a tour of duty – you’ll do it.
3. If we need to recall you from leave – you’ll do it.
4. If we need to change your existing roster so you can’t get to your child’s 6th birthday party, the dinner organised for your wedding anniversary, your best friend’s wedding etc,. Etc,. – you’ll do it (AND with a smile for this one!)
