If schedules need to be changed these sort of forms may help you.
Sorry for being cynical but these forms aren't there to help us. This is Cathay management after all! I trust the safety department along with the fleet office as much as I trust a hungry lion as a pet. Why not also put these forms on some of the other patterns that are generating way more ASRs, like the 745/738 pattern. Oh wait that would mean they would have to actually spend more by making the pattern longer! How convenient for them to omit these forms on some of the other patterns.
