ADA has a history of taking on guy's between 45-55 with 10,000 hrs plus because these chaps need to feed the dragon and tend not to complain.
They get on with the job and write the figures on the tip of their caps when contemplating the crap around them.
They are in general as good as it gets and on par with any other operators in the world....
I understand the need to question, that's human nature, but at the end of the day you have to **** or get off the pot, there are no guarantees in this industry.
You take a blind throw sometimes in life....... That's called experience.
