Ryanair online booking strange experience
I have just booked tickets with Ryanair from Denmark to Stansted, and for the first time I got careless and made a mistake with the date of the return flight. I know that’s gona cost me – foolish, my bad.
So after some swearing I decide to change the booking knowing that they will rip my shirt of. And yes they charge me 280 DKK ( around 30-35 £) in “Flight Change Fee”. All to be expected.
Here comes the strange part: I was NOT charged 40 DKK (5 £) for using my Mastercard a second time!!
How can that be? Is there a bug in their system? That is obvious money not earned! I think Ryanair is losing the grip!!
