Your agency can provide a list of global training locations. Boeing (formerly Alteon) is commonly used for NTR pilots. Costs vary from $14000-20000US depending on your experience.

The 777 flight deck is actually a 767 flight deck upgraded with all flat panels and new interior.

6. What are the crews like to work with as an F/O?
The first group of foreign 777 FOs (1 qualifed and 3 NTRs) are now completing their line training. I had one complete his observation flight with me and they are enjoying this opportunity.
7. Does the F/O get any flying (sectors....takeoff's/landings etc)
Yes but these aircraft mainly do long haul flying so take off and landings are limited with double crews on each sector.
This airline has the same pros and cons as anywhere else. The 777 operates to SYD which allows many KAL crews to spend extra time at home on layovers.
