I guess this thread has run it's course. No more useful information from it. It'll probably just go back into obscurity for a while until someone revives it again. Hopefully by then some will have grown up and the next batch of pilots needing information will be able to ask a simple question and get a simple answer for all to read instead of having to resort to using the PMs. Thanks to those who helped, good luck to all and fly safe.
