VB may be looking very closely following Tigers footsteps and going for a single ground agent. Agents were in Brisbane very recently and were supposedly told that JB is looking very closely at this option. It was hoped that this would result in a better overall deal for Virgin and lower costs as the prices some agents charge vary greatly.
Some agents were not very happy apparently..
