Hi Tinker. Huge thanks for having a go at all that. I just tried again the shuttle one and that just comes back as a black blank screen. I press 'Print Screen, Sys Req' key and the screen goes black. Then, when i move the mouse, it goes back to the desktop or whatever was onscreen when i done it. I then open MGI Photo suite and go to 'edit' then click on paste. Paste is the only one not greyed out in there and then it comes up with a new window but its all black
I am on windows 98 now, did have XP but needed to uninstal it after a problem. I might re-instal it again and see what happens. Once again, many thanks for taking the time out helping me with this.
