I also remember that we were told NOT to resign until we get the official offer. That's why the paperwork clearly asks
How many weeks notice do you have to give your employer?
Hopefully we'll all get the clearance and meet over there as co-workers but until then as much as I want to go work over there I won't count my chickens until they're hatched.
This way I'm still excited but with an open mind so I'm not setting myself up for disappointment.
