No FO's are being employed or upgraded.
DEC's are being brought in on dubious "back dated" contracts and then flying in RH seat because there aren't enough FO's.
At a 40% discount, it would seem wise to get the eba out of the way so they can employ and upgrade FOs. No eba = no expansion. With new a/c coming later this year, i hope they can get cheap parking for them somewhere.
I doubt Capts in the R/H seat fit into there "true low cost model".
