Don't do it. Get a job first. There are hundreds if not thousands of 737 pilots out there looking for work with no hours on type up to thousands of hours on type.
Don't pay for a type rating unless you have a job offer already, in which case see where they would prefer you to go.
Other than that, sorry, no advice to offer...
