All those companies are looking for moroccan pilots , because this is the only way of treat people like **** and keep them.

But the problem is there are no experienced moroccan pilots around. At AAM there is only one who quit easyjet by a promise of the LHS.It`s still a FO and will continue to be. Although they promise everybody the left seat , no one was moved up till now. And they have good FOs ,some with 6000-7000 hours.

Someone wrote that the best way is to go there personaly....If you want to know the country , ok. If you want to speak with them ..They are nice to speak with , but they will be lieing most of the time and looking at your eyes.

Pilots there are struggling for a better roaster. They want two blocks of 5 days or 1 of 10 to be able to go home (commute). This is possible there because everytime you fly you do between 7 and 10 hours of block time. So even with this scheme of roaster pilots would be able to fly 90,100,105 hours a month which is normal here.
But they like to have 4,5 pilots on stand by to cover a total of 6 flights a day.
And also , since Casablanca has nothing to do , they know that if they call someone in his day off , people will fly because it`s better than spending a day doing nothing in Casa.

They are always saying that they will change the roaster , they ask pilots to work on it and make them a presentation of the new roaster , but everytime , at the very last moment they cancel the meeting or sometimes they hear you but do nothing. You speak in deaf ears.

They are there about 30 pilots and I can tell you that about 15 of the original group have already left. The other half is waiting for improvments in europe. The company is aware of people`s intention to move because this is not a secret for anybody.Managers were told about that directly, but they don`t care. There is just one moroccan who doesn`t want to leave. The group is very demotivated.

Casablanca is not as cheap as people use to think.AAM is the only one company which does not provide transportation to the airport which is 35Km from the city, so you have to rent a car or buy one.The rental costs you 500 euros a month .An apartment will cost you from 800 euros.GAs, food, internet, water , light etc will take you more 700.If you want to add some night life ,cost will increase a lot since this is a muslim country , so alcohol is accepted , but expensive. Average monthly expenses are from 2000 euros.

Payments are done in dirhams, so you have to transfer to your country or change it in the black market (to minimize costs) and take it home in the pocket. Jet4you and atlasblue pay you via broker more money and give you transportation. Hotel if you want(but then you don`t get accomodation allowance).

Tried to cover everything. In my opinion , if you are not employed , go. If you have a job.....stay where you are.Sure it`s better.
