Although,in my opinion (and a few others) the current routeing is not difficult, it has just been made difficult because of constant tinkering with. It used to be that LL tower phoned KK radar for the release. TMA got a strip for reference. If you wanted to take the a/c off the SID early (i.e for left base on 08R/ right base on 26L), you just co-ordinated with TMA. Job done.
Then all sorts of procedures were introduced meaning that, what previously involved a couple of simple phone calls, now involves all sorts of people phoning up and ferrying strips aorund the room.
The new procedure will be that the a/c leaves LL on MID SID climbing to min stack. Probably simpler but a longer routeing.
