When you've eventually got the poo brown wallet with your shiny new PPL back from the CAA at Gatwick, only then spend time with a Belgian instructor to find out the differences.
There's a number of differences that are so subtle that you will only appreciate them once you've got the experience that comes with obtaining a PPL.
