Yep....PocketFMS/ will do exactly this for you.

You prepare your flight plan in PFMS, and then export your route to Google Earth. You can now see your route, all your turning points, and even your altitude.

I found it very useful when planning my first trip to Switzerland last year. It allowed me to easily visualise how much ground clearance I would have over the mountainous bits...much easier trying to get a vertical profile from a paper chart.
