I d like to highlight that according to Malaysian contract law, if u have bond with your company and u leave before end of bond period, it should be pro-rated. Of course this is only applicable if u chose to bring the matter to Industrial/Labour Court instead.
And if the contract says u have to pay 150% of total cost, its totally illegal.
