otherwise if it was a commander position then you cannot fly paxs IFR until you have 700hrs, etc EU ops 1.960

I believe you need to 10 main routes as a checkout.
Have you done a dangous goods course? likley you will need this as well if you havn't? worth checking? this could hold you up..
you may want to see read EU OPS rules. likely they could be holding you back because of new routes or the right person for you to be checkout doing these 10 main routes.
Or even they may have put you through the course thinking the level of flying hours would remain the same. instead the number of flying hours on there aircraft is too low to untake another pilot at the present time.
Is your company flying lots yes or no, are they flying muiltible aircraft at a time? are the current pilots flying lots or very little?
