Just a bit of background..
I am an aviation watcher and accountant living in OZ.. Indian origin and did schooling in middle east been here over 9 years... Like reading the forum but haven't posted as yet as I am not a pilot or airline crew..
But had to post to drive73's message as it is not factually correct....
It is implied that Europe, Oz and USA allow free movement an employment of labor in their domiciles. Not correct.. Especially in civil or for that matter any other field of aviation.... And also not true for other fields...
All nations and especially western nations advocate free movement of capital through national boundaries but when it comes to movement of labor, it is a different story....India is in the same boat but OZ and western countries are worse in this matter... Most countries including all western nations only allow supply of Indian manpower only when their own citizens manpower supply cannot meet the manpower demanded by business...
