The question one must ask is--- Is India truly a democracy, or a Socialist nation? What business does the DCGA or the Govt have to tell an Indian Pilot that he/she is not able to change jobs without 6 months notice. How absurd is that. They have no right to do that. Let the airlines cry foul if people leave, serves them right for not paying the proper salaries and abiding by contracts. Any pilot should have the right to choose where to work and when. Indian pilots should all call in sick one day and stand outside the DGCA/Ministry of Aviation to protest this illegal ruling.
