Etrang and HZ123,

This isn't a "Who's worse of than who, competition", ALL people whether customers or crew, who desperately want to get back deserve our sympathy.

Sure, some crew will be happy to be down route somewhere nice with a good crew triggering their allowances, but equally, as shown by some examples above, others will be in desperate situations by not being able to get home.

Likewise, unlike ramp staff, for example, crew who are stuck at HOME not flying, are losing a significant part of their income in flying allowances, so you might factor that into your anti cabin crew prejudices.

I myself was thinking this morning, that I wish I was down route, because at least I wouldn't be losing all this money by not flying, but yet again, if this was the week before my wedding, I'd have been frantic with worry if I was stuck abroad.

Can we just stick to the title of this thread "Message of support for stranded crews" and take it as read that:

1. Of course, customers deserve our greatest sympathies.

2. Yes, SOME crews will be happy to be stuck.
