Go through the standards document.

If there's anything you think you aren't sure of having done and would like to try again *spiral descent recoveries* then do by all means ask to do that as part of the final lesson or what not.

The best advice for your test:

Don't go out the previous night.
DO Prepare for bed and sleep at the right time the day before the test.
Don't be late for the test.

If you don't feel well when you are there and by this I mean your feel ill etc then don't do the test. *I don't mean fear of taking the test though, that's normal*

Remember your instructor would never put you through if you weren't read. Have faith in yourself and do the things you have been taught.
Finally, don't assume you have failed if your test doesn't go flawlessly. No one's test will. Just get to the finish line.
