dp, I know the problems ongoing with the NPPL(M) saga but as far as i'm aware concessions have been made for the N(A) also. A friend got an exemption last August for a flight to EIDL on a NPPL(A) after some hoop jumping with the IAA. Not sure if this indicates a common practice by the IAA or, more likely, an error on their part but it has been done. I've heard of others going through on it also, but I have heard more often than not of others just giving up!
