PPL training schedule

Hi guys

Its been a little while since I last posted and thankfully now on a completely different subject. Originaly I was looking for some advice regarding the colour vision requirements for Class 1 as I would like to pursue a commercial route. I have since visited Gatwick, sat the CAD test and I am pleased to say I passed.

So now my efforts are fully focused on my PPL training .

I am based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and have chosen Multiflight for my training. I have already had a handful of lessons with them and have been very impressed.

So my question is this; I am quite determined that obtaining my licence here in the UK is the right option for me (hours building may well be a different matter) however what would you guys advice be the most beneficial method of going at it?

I would ideally like to commit to two flying hours per week (this is all I can financially stretch to and thats a push to be honest). In your experience what would be the ideal number of flying hours. Has anybody flown 1 per week and if so did you find yourself mainly going over the previous weeks lesson?

Any advice would be gratefuly received!!

Steve
