Most operators of 747s I have worked with its 4 1 2 3....
4 for Brakes (Also Electrical Power, ESS Bus from this side)
1 for Steering/Brakes, Also powers other side of sync bus.
2 (Brakes again!!) Proper Redundancy there eh!
