You're right, they're first interviewing pilots with previous or current experience on MD-11 and B744, but I'm not sure that eliminates all opportunities.

Many expat pilots have worked for Eva, basically captains and cruise captains, and now a large number of F/Os will be hired for a 3-year contract. Anyway if you have a chance, before moving with your family from Europe to TPE, I strongly recommend that you should go to that city first and get your own conclusion. (Remember, you'll fly a lot but your family...). I'm looking for more details and I'll post here ASAP.
