The more senior F/O's in Jetstar who have been painting a few direct entry captains as the "enemy" may wish to reconsider the true motivation of AIPA.
AIPA is only fighting for the wishes of the clear majority of the JQ pilot group when it comes to right of return i.e. strict seniority. Nothing more, nothing less. There is no conspriracy.
The MOU was in force when they joined so its not like the rules have been changed half way through the game.
