I agree with t/layer and pigdriver. I still cant imagine to many QF guys resigning and moving to Darwin. As thats where all the advertised positions will be. Then having to pay for a rating/retraining etc...Sure there maybe alot of junior guys who would like to go to J*, but as its only open to the pre 2004 QF guys, I personally cant see that many jumping.
