The Airline is fighting a fire, it's the weekend too, and I expect all admin staff will be drafted in to rebook pax before they get around to disciplining strikers. WW has the bit between his teeth though and I doubt BASSA/Unite will sweet talk that 'concession' back into the negotiations.
Rest assured though, after this debacle there'll be plenty of seats available for staff for a long time to come. Load factors before the strike were awful on many routes and they ain't gonna pick up overnight after this.
