M.Mouse, I agree. Imagine if we had agreed to last summers proposal, we would be working harder, for same money as now (existing crew) new crew would be on new rates of pay but alongside us and we would be saving money! And none of this mess now! But no! unite thought by saving no and stamping their feet all the time they would get a better deal. Now new fleet is back etc. It did make me lugh the other day when Tony Woodley said that the offer the other day was worse than the previous weeks:
can't unite see a correlation, the longer they stamp their feet (and get crew to strike aswell) the worse the proposals will be! Duh! It is costing the company more money!
