To all crew, I it must have been a terrible choice that you made and you have made that choice, so well done. If you fundamentally disagree with the action and you forfilled your contractual obligations, then I salute you.
If you stood by the union and withdrew your labour, then that is a position to be respected too.
This may seem a 'sit in the fence" answer, but I was not sitting at home making that decision on how my life will be.
Either choice is brave.
