Why would BA go to the trouble of changing the rosters of strikers within a couple of hours of them not reporting? That would take time, when there is little available for the schedulers.

Either the rosters will be changed at some stage, or as they will have invalid passes, they won't be able to get into work. Their trips will be absorbed by working crew or by volunteers.

I reckon it's going exactly to BA's plan, just as every other stage of this dispute has.

(I'm sorry I was unable to operate as cc this weekend, I would have learnt a lot. But I'm now operating tomorrow in my day job )
