Flew into LHR today. Well done to the crew who did work, and the volunteers who agreed to work to cover the shortfall.
That said, the attitude of some other passengers was nauseatingly patronizing. Like patting the head of a well behaved child, and talking to them with the same tone of voice. Not sure I could put up with that, so credit to those who do!
