would be easier to prohibit the P2F scheme by respecting the LAW.

-minimum salary should be paid
-commercial license requires a salary
-P2F only for private or student pilots
-Airlines are not authorized to sell block of hours.it' not in their operator certificate, not in SOP, it' s NOWHERE!!!.

I let you remember these 4 CRITICAL points are already the LAW in Europe. In my point of view, the CAA and the department of labor (who is responsible of the control of the law) are GUILTY and should be prosecuted in civil court (before criminal court in case of a crash) .

it's time to take action against the CAA.

why nobody has balls, and look directly at the problem...it's illegal to pay a company and pay a block of hours. It's like renting a plane not from an aeroclub but from an airline and carry 150 pasengers on board.it's madness!

(it's not even in the Lasor, I can not find "pay to fly with an airline", or "buy a block of hours")
