That is a ridiculous statement and drives the recruitment controls to a profit generating third party which is actively driving T&C's south.

What you are saying is that pilots (prostitutes) who wish to provide their services to an operator (client) should only be able to do through an FTO (pimp).
Im a strong believer in the fact that one should be able to persue whatever career of his/her fancy.
Likewise, which is why pilots should be able to apply for positions on an equal basis, based on their license and ratings,
not which pimp (FTO) they are restricted to apply and obtain a TR through.
