So everything really points toward a need to recruit some fresh blood. But the word and rumour now seems to indicate no new joiners. Is the number 8 plus 2 retirements looking like the only leavers now. Originaly there was talk of up to 15 guys looking at Qatar etc. Also alot of chat about new routes and a couple more acft. This must all need an increase in numbers.
