Well, it looks like they have a chance to save themselves by voting to either accept or reject the offer made by BA yesterday. McClueless says this will be done online, with result known by middle of next week. No details of the offer made public yet, but McClueless says unite is NOT recommending it to its members, but will "support" them whatever they decide .... that's a nice little get-out for unite.
So, 7482 brains will hopefully now, at long last, get into 1st gear. Although sadly, I suspect that a lot will decide based only on their desire to retain staff travel, not on the actual detail of the offer.
