From the BA statement, they are not going to be handing BASSA a life-line by taking them to court again!
If BA go to court again, which is probably unlikely, they will do it
after the strike has started. Given that we know once again of ballot irregularities (discussed a few pages ago), how a court would view them a second time remains unknown but it should give pause for thought to those who are thinking of going on strike.
It is the individual's responsibility to make absolutely sure that this strike is entirely legal otherwise the consequences for those individuals don't bear thinking about.
