There was a clear implication by Bill Francis in his most recent memo that Bassa had tried to integrate the reinstatement of all suspended crew into the Bassa proposal.
BA have said all along that disciplinaries will not be part of negotiations.
Rumour has it that some suspensions are very trivial ( and may well be ) but there are at least a couple which may result in criminal prosecution and are too serious to be overlooked.
And what about the victims of bullying and harrassment!! Should they be denied justice?
Bassa incited the crew to overstep the mark, and misunderstand that abuse, and b & h works both ways.
Of course the reps (some of whom haven't actually worked for months , or even years ) will be determined to keep their jobs at anyone's expense.
