Sorry, new here but I thought I'd point out what I believe to be the source of the current attempts at bilateral mis-information.
BF appears to be claiming that the pay cuts represent a cut of £1k+ for all crew. What he is in fact saying is that in order to make the required cost savings, as defined my management, by reduction in salary alone and through no other measures, that is the cut that would have to be made.
