So at the end of the day, the going rate for BA CC is....the going rate..! Not 59k not 29k. but 12k.....same as every other airline!
basic for BA will be £11k with a £2.40 hourly rate mixed flying (I have the contract in fornt of me)
Thomson who fly mixed are £11.250 with a £2.89 hourly rate
TCX are £11K and £2.80
BMI are way ahead of this with a basic of just over £13k plus allowances.
BASSA have done nothing to protect the £11-17k basic of their members. I do hope a solution can be found today that the extreme right and left can walk away happy with. leaving the majority of us with a decent job, decent wage and some customers!
