If you're keen to run through a whole heap of tests just to be able to learn to fly, why don't you try the Royal New Zealand Air Forc... Flying School..
That way if you get through all the interviews, psych and co ordination tests, you'll be PAID to learn to fly.. Plus you may get into a Jet airliner faster than through Massey.
Here in the Antipodes , the way about 90% of pilots get into the jets is through hard work, time in GA, regional airline.. Your aeroclub will be a better option to learn to fly than Massey - all you need is the cash, or if you don't have the cash, then the inclination to work in a bar/service station/restuarant/supermarket to earn the money to do it!
