As a trainer I get to see a lot of new crew and in 97 they were just glad to have a BA uniform. Actually, most of them don't feel particularly aggrieved but wish they had joined earlier.
And just why, exactly, should people recruited to New Fleet feel any differently, when they are at Market + 10%? Double standards, or what?
