That is the whole problem with BASSA and how it has always operated up until now. It is used to creating such a god-almighty fuss that BA managers just give up and put them back in the "too difficult" drawer, and they get what they want. This time around they are shocked that BA are actually going to take them on, and are not just going to roll over. The trouble is, as BASSA members are about to find out, their reps are fundamentally a 1-trick-pony, and they don't have a plan B now BA have stood up to them.
Time for this particular old nag to be put down and turned in to glue I reckon!
