You can't compare the salary of a doctor (say) with that of a cabin crew worker - after all, why should anybody think that there would be a comparison between these two vastly different "professions" anyway? The difference in salary is probably around £60K-£70K.
So we can safely agree that if a doctor were to leave his/her profession to become, in effect, a host/hostess then there must be other benefits. Let's start off with:
1. A stress-free job (in comparison to a comparable job of waistressing in a restaurant say).
2. The chance to see the world.
3. A nice uniform and pretty shoes.
