Snas i would agree with you to some extent but don't forget many of our crew have degrees and have come in from diffrent backgrounds .I met a guy who was a lawyer a few weeks ago i also know of crew who have been teachers, dentists and doctors before joining BA
I know that the IA isn't about pay (but does the BASSA membership), but if the above quote is in any way true, does it not just go to show how well BA CC are (over)paid in comparison to other airlines... if lawyers, doctors dentists and teachers leave their profession to become BA CC, it must mean something is attractive, and it ain't for the love of flying, 'cause being CC isn't flying...
