Passenger taking liberties

2/25, graveyard flight TK1355 out of Astana to Istanbul, departs at 0500, lands at 0640, 4 hours of flight.

My wife is sitting next to some Russian guy, she called me after landing that she woke up at least three occasions because the guy "by coincidence" had his hands on her, and I don't mean casual brush, I mean cleavage, inside thighs, etc.

She even woke up at some point finding that the guy had unbuckled her seat belt (she always wears her seat belt, bless her).

I told her she should have informed the flight crew. She didn't, because the flight was fully packed (incl the front of the curtain), so she thought they could't do anything about it, such like moving the guy to another seat.

What can you do in this case? What would have happened if she had contacted the flight crew? I'm certain that the crew would have found a quick solution to this problem: I'm a fairly heavy user of THY flights (got the card to prove it) and have always found their staff courteous and professional.
