Why would they ever ask this, Piltdown, if we are all type rated with 1000+ h on the 320??
Personally, I don't think they should ask for a penny. It should be the other way round. I'm sure you could hit the ground running so to speak and should be paid accordingly, including an additional premium for contract work.
